Scope, before anything else

Everything is yours to direct

This is not a system that decides for you. It works on what you hand it, in the order you want it, and it waits when you have nothing for it. You stay in charge of the whole thing.

The work it takes off your desk

What it does for you

Eight jobs, described the way you would describe them to someone else. Every one of them ends in time back or in something you stop worrying about.

Email

Your inbox, sorted before you open it

It separates what needs you from what does not, and drafts the replies you send most often, waiting for your approval before anything goes out. You stop starting your morning at the bottom of a pile.

Calendar

Scheduling that stops landing on you

It finds the open slot, sends the invitation, and shifts things when plans move. The five messages it used to take to agree on a Tuesday afternoon are gone.

Follow-ups

Nothing slips through again

Reminders, follow-ups, and the things you meant to get to last week. It keeps the list and brings each item back at the right moment, so you are not carrying all of it in your head.

Research

Answers with the sources attached

Ask a question and get a direct answer with the places it came from. You can check the work yourself instead of taking it on faith, which is the part that usually eats the afternoon.

Documents

Drafts, edits, and rewrites

Proposals, letters, policies, and long documents, written and cleaned up to your standard. You begin from a draft you can shape instead of a blank page.

Numbers

Spreadsheets and the math inside them

Build the sheet, update the totals, and explain what moved. The arithmetic is done and shown, so you are checking answers rather than hunting for the error.

Voice

Talk to it, and it talks back

Say what you need out loud and hear the answer in a real voice. It is the difference between a task that waits for your desk and a task that gets handled while your hands are full.

The list

The errands that used to sit there

The small tasks that pile up all week, handled in the background. Your time comes back in pieces rather than in one dramatic block, and the list stops growing.

Four steps, your side only

How it works

From your point of view there are four steps, and only the first one is yours to do alone.

  1. You sign up once

One sign-up covers everything. $500.00 once to set it up. The $99.00 a month support plan is optional, and if you take it your first month is included. Rather pay the year up front, that is $1,569.00 and it saves $119.00. One service, nothing else to buy.

Includes 22 hours of TK's time each month for support, training, and updates. Not unlimited. Two of those hours are reserved for maintenance and support of your model.

  2. We install it and configure it on your computer

It gets set up around the way you actually work, using the programs you already have open every day. Plan on up to two hours, depending on your system and your existing setup.

  3. You give it a name, and it learns how you work

The name is yours to choose, and it is the name it answers to from then on. Over your first days together it picks up your priorities, your phrasing, and the way you like things done.

  4. You use it from your phone and your computer

Type or talk, at your desk or away from it. It is the same assistant in both places, with the same memory of what you asked for yesterday.

An honest picture

Set up once, use it every day

Here is what the first week actually looks like, without the salesmanship.

Day one

It is installed, configured, and working, and you have given it a name. You send it one real task and watch what comes back.

First few days

You find the two or three jobs worth handing over first. Those are usually not the ones you expected, which is normal and part of the point.

End of week one

It is part of the day rather than a new thing you are learning. You stop announcing it to yourself.

What to expect honestly. It will not know your world on day one. It gets better as you use it, and the correction you give it is what makes it useful. It can be wrong, and it can be confidently wrong, so important work deserves your review before it goes anywhere. It handles what you hand it, and how much you hand it is up to you. We are not promising you an outcome, an income, or a number. We are promising a working assistant that knows your name and yours to give.

In his own words

What happened after ninety minutes

He wrote this and sent it on his own, unasked. Published with his permission, first name only at his request.

Tim Keeley didn't sell me software. He sat with me for ninety minutes and left me with a working chief of staff.

I'm an executive, not an engineer. On a Thursday afternoon, Tim got my assistant installed, configured, and answering me by voice from my phone. By the next morning it had drafted a partnership brief for a meeting I was hosting, written a LinkedIn announcement for my most recent published article, and built a standing daily intelligence brief that now lands every morning at six - all in my voice, and none of it requiring me to learn a command line.

What I value most is that Tim builds for people who have real jobs. He was precise, patient, and completely transparent about what the system would and would not do. I would recommend him without qualification to any executive who is tired of hearing about AI and ready to actually use it.

$99.00 Optional. A month, for direct ongoing support. Two hours per month of direct support from TK. If the gateway goes down, the agent will not start, or your configuration needs updating, TK handles it. Covers model updates as AI technology changes and new capabilities pushed to subscribers before anyone else gets them. For people who want TK reachable when something breaks. Support hours do not roll over. Unused time expires at the end of each month.

The regular setup price is $750.00. Right now it is $500.00, charged one time only.

Get started, $500.00

One time. This is the setup by itself, and nothing recurring is put on your card. The $500.00 is charged once and never again.

Rather add the support plan from day one

Setup plus the support plan $500.00 today, then $99.00 a month after 30 days

Your first month is included. The $99.00 starts 30 days after setup, and you can cancel it any time. The setup is the same $500.00, charged once here too.

Rather pay for the whole year up front

One payment of $1,569.00 $500 setup plus the full year

A year of maintenance costs $1,188.00 paid monthly, or $1,069.00 paid up front. You save $119.00. Setup is the same $500.00 either way, charged one time only and never repeated.

One sign-up. One service. The monthly support plan is optional, and you can cancel it any time.

The price above is the price charged. Nothing is added at checkout, and there is no separate bill for your assistant's own use.

Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details never touch this site.
